The SK-ACPE Advanced Control Panel is a highly sophisticated, yet simple to use, two-door access control unit. The SK-ACPE is the new version of the legendary SK-ACP, featuring built-in Ethernet, improved surge suppression, more transaction storage and a faster 32-bit ARM Cortex RISC Processor. The unit accepts readers that have a Wiegand output with almost any card technology. Each of the two doors controlled by the unit is completely independent of the other and is configured, programmed and viewed separately. Each door has a separate node address. Each door has two programmable inputs which may be programmed to function as a door open, remote inactive, door monitor, tamper, arming circuit, door unlock, or user defined input.
Each door has two outputs. One output is the relay that activates the door-operating device. The other output is programmable to activate under one of many possible alarm conditions, time zone or card violations.
As a stand alone, the unit may be programmed using a PC either locally or via a modem over standard phone lines. Transaction information is stored by the unit and may be downloaded to a PC or printer.

Shipping and Fulfillment Policy
When you order products from Anixter.com, the order is processed within one to two business days. Orders received during non-business days are processed on the next business day.
You have several shipping options for parcel shipping: standard ground 5 to 7 business days, 2 to 3 business days, or next business day.
Anixter.com orders ship to addresses within the United States. Anixter.com orders do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States or military/government APO/FPO locations. We are also not able to ship to Post Office Box addresses. If you wish to ship to an address outside the United States or a military/government location, please contact your local Anixter sales representative to discuss your options.
In addition, Anixter.com offers Less-Than-A-Truckload “LTL” option for products that cannot be shipped via parcel shipping. For products that will be shipped via LTL, you will be provided with a set of Accessorials to select from to provide Anixter with additional shipping considerations, such as residential delivery, inside delivery, liftgate or limited access.
Residential Delivery – A residential delivery charge applies to shipments to a home or private residence, including locations where a business is operated from a home, or to any shipment in which the shipper has designated the delivery address as a residence.
Inside Delivery – When requested, freight carrier unloads shipments from or to areas that are not next to the trailer, such as shopping malls or office buildings. An elevator must be available to provide service to floors above or below the trailer.
Liftgate – Freight carrier provides liftgate service, if needed, to load and unload a shipment when loading/unloading docks are not available.
Limited Access Locations – A limited access location is a site where pickup or delivery is restricted or limited.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping option you select, and is prepaid by you at the time of shipment.

The Company offers a full refund minus shipping costs on all in-stock purchases. In order to receive a full refund minus the shipping costs, you must email the Company within thirty (30) days of receipt of your purchase and all products and/or equipment must be in new and resalable condition including all parts and the original packaging. You shall be solely responsible for all costs for any returns, including shipping fees and insurance charges. In the event the returned purchases are out-of-stock, then you shall also be subject to a 20% restocking fee, which shall be determined in the Company’s sole discretion.
All returned purchases must be insured in an amount no less than the value of the products and/or equipment. Further, a return merchandise authorization number, which will be provided to you by the Company, shall be written on the return packaging.

Control Board Return Policy
There are no returns on control/circuit boards. If there is an out-of-the-box problem with the board you receive, you must call us within twenty days of purchase at (888) 444-8123 to obtain an RMA# so you can ship the board back to us and we can start the evaluation process. If you do not wish to wait for this process to resolve, you can purchase a second board which will be credited back to you upon the Manufacturer’s determination of a warranty issue. If the problem is not covered under warranty, you are responsible for all charges incurred. Manufacturer’s findings are final. You are responsible for shipping the original product back to us: if the manufacturer determines there is a defect covered by warranty, we will reimburse your shipping fees (FEDEX/UPS Ground only). Effective 3/1/2013.
