Gần 2 năm sau khi các nạn nhân chịu đựng hàng loạt hành vi kinh tởm từ những người đàn ông trong phòng chat đó, phải đến ngày 20 tháng 3 vừa qua, một trong số những thủ phạm chính của vụ án này mới bị bắt giữ bởi Đơn vị điều tra an ninh mạng thuộc Sở Cảnh sát Seoul.
Kẻ vừa bị bắt giữ mang họ Cho, có biệt danh là “Baksa” (trong tiếng Hàn có nghĩa là Tiến sĩ), sinh năm 1995 và chỉ mới 26 tuổi theo hệ thống tính tuổi của Hàn Quốc. Simon Dominic was born Jung Kiseok on 9 March 1984, in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, South Korea. His parents came from a poor family and he grew up in a poor household. Nevertheless, his mother tried her best to give him a good education to the point of having him attend after-school classes, just to improve his grades because he wasn’t keen on studying; he only pretended to study so he could rap and create music freely.
