My husband and I rented 104 coral falls in February 2018. The rental unit is conveniently located 20 minutes outside of Naples and surrounding activities. The owner provided good contact ahead of arrival, generously provided wine upon arrival, and beach towels/beach chairs that we used and appreciated. Our biggest disappointment was the level of cleanliness. Upon arriving and surveying the kitchen we opened the cupboards and were greeted by one of those Florida chameleons. While they are everywhere in Florida, I did not expect to be sharing my living quarters with them. Further into our stay, we felt that the mechanical room and laundry closet could’ve used more time by the housekeeping. Additionally, in the corners, along the baseboards, and ceilings we found cobwebs. The
tracks of all the sliding doors needed vacuuming. The living room carpet is either stained or worn or both. Definitely a need for attention to detail. We are retired Midwestern snowbirds. We find the light/fan combination in both bathrooms to be extremely annoying. You cannot turn the light on without having the fan noise constantly. My husband and I wear hearing aids in both ears and it was extremely frustrating and annoying. We did notify the owner. And he responded by offering to have someone come out and fix it. We problem solved on our own and simply created our days to be out of the condo as much as possible. There is only a small desk lamp in the second bedroom. More lighting needed here We did not find enough linens for the both of us. Again, the owner offered to rectify the situation. We simply may do. This unit has potential. There is a nice pool, beautifully landscaped area that we never took advantage of. So that might be a plus for someone else. We have also mentioned all of these comments to the owner who is receptive to renter feedback. We offer these comments as constructive feedback because with some attention to detail, this unit could be very nice.

All three buildings which comprise Coral Falls Resort are built in the southeast corner of the Lely Resort near the corner of Route 41 and Collier Blvd. All amenities at the Lely Resort are an easy walk or bike ride away and this location also provides easy access to both downtown Naples and Marco Island.
There are 64 units in the complex which includes a center building of 32 units on four floors with smaller buildings on either side that have 16 units each on 3 floors. All buildings were built after the year 2000 to the latest hurricane and building code requirements. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a private screened in lanai that faces a large natural area. Many of the units also overlook the chickee hut, spa and pool areas. All units have at least 9 foot ceilings with the upper units in each building having vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, dining and living areas.
